joe heydt

Joe's focus is on people. His goal is to get to know you, and teach you everything you want to know - and sometimes, things you didn't know you wanted to know! - and help you however he can. His extensive knowledge of his industry, local sports scene, international stringing and global network make him a leader and someone you just like to be around.

marni heydt

When Marni walked into the Racquet Corner in Lincoln back in 1999, her life changed in many ways.  It began with her love of the sport of tennis, and has grown into a love of the business of tennis.  She is an integral part of our team, handling everything from putting on a grip to designing the website you are navigating right now.  There is a reason she is known as "Joe's Manager".

Stattin is a one-of-a-kind find and we are the luckiest shop in the world to have found him. He’s as passionate about stringing as he is teaching tennis, loves pickleball and helping people. If you have questions, he’s ready to have a conversation! And if you’re ready to jump into the world of private lessons, he’s ready to work with you.

Sheryl has been a professional tennis teacher in Omaha since 2001; she quickly became a trusted friend after we met her in the shop in 2003. In 2010, Joe offered her a spot on the Racquet Corner Omaha team, and she very quickly became family. If you have questions about your racquets, strings, game or really anything else - ask Sheryl. She will always find a way to help.
